Label Generator

Enter a PO and up to 10 SKUs with quantities. We look each SKU up against Craster's product data and print exactly the labels needed — carton labels on Avery L7173, and item barcode labels on Avery L7651 where a carton holds more than one unit.

1
Purchase order
We'll pull the PO number and try to match SKUs and quantities mentioned in the PDF against Craster's product list below for you to review. PO layouts vary, so double-check the rows before generating — nothing prints until you confirm them.
2
SKUs & quantities
Quantity is the total number of units on the PO (or the part you're producing) — we work out how many master cartons and item labels that needs from Craster's carton-quantity data. If a quantity isn't an exact multiple of the master carton size, it's rounded up to the nearest full carton — every carton label always shows the full carton quantity, never a short carton.
3
Print calibration
Carton labels print on Avery L7173 (99.06 × 57mm, 10/A4 sheet). Item barcode labels — only needed when a carton holds more than one unit — print on Avery L7651 (38.1 × 21.2mm, 65/A4 sheet). Print a test sheet on plain paper first and check alignment before printing on real labels. Make sure your print dialog is set to "100% / Actual size" — NOT "Fit to page" or "Shrink to fit" — since that setting alone causes exactly the kind of drift the scale field below corrects for.
Only change this if columns/rows drift progressively further off the further they are from one point on the sheet — a constant offset can't fix that, but this can. Leave at 100 otherwise.
If labels print slightly off the die-cuts, nudge these (mm) and reprint. Positive = right / down.
E.g. if column 1 sits noticeably left of the label and column 5 overshoots right, try 99 or 98. If it undershoots the other way, try 101 or 102. Reprint and adjust in small steps.

Label sheet preview

This is exactly what prints. Carton labels (Avery L7173) and item barcode labels (Avery L7651) are different physical sheets, so print them separately — load the matching label stock for each.
